Announcement for Air Travellers flying into Tamil Nadu
- It is mandatory for all the domestic air travellers flying into Tamil Nadu to register their details online and obtain a TN ePASS through TNePASS portal. https://tnepass.tnega.org/
- After booking the flight ticket, the passenger shall register his/her details in TN ePASS portal duly selecting the airport of arrival in Tamil Nadu.
- All the passengers will be stamped with `Quarantine` seal with date with indelible ink before they move out of the airport.
- Passengers can user own vehicle or rented vehicle for travel from airport to their home/ paid institutional quarantine(Hotel). Vehicle number and driver details have to be necessarily entered in the TN ePASS systems.
- Passengers on arrival in any Tamil Nadu airport shall show the TN ePASS at the airport exit. Passengers who are without TNePass will not be allowed to exit the airport.(However, for the initial few days, arrangements will also be made at airport, for TN ePASS registration as a transitional arrangement).
