Proposed 5th Phase of Lockdown - imposition only in containment zones?!

Information is gathered that during the 5th phase of the proposed lockdown extension, it will be imposed only on the existing containment zones.
In the present 4th Phase lockdown, the state governments have been given the authority for dividing the areas into zones depending on the intensity/impact of the coronavirus and also the authority to formulate the relaxation rules and conditions.
Several states have allowed private transport facilities and the public sector transport within permitted limits, and also the reopening of all shops except the malls, and commercial complexes, and also some of the industries/factories.
With the 4th Phase of the lockdown conditions scheduled to conclude on 31st May, both the central and state governments have commenced focusing on the next stage of activities.
It is learnt that the state governments are reviewing the possibility of strictly following the lockdown conditions exclusively in the containment zones and allowing further relaxations in other localities.
Information circles report that the state governments are also pursuing the review of reopening the markets, increasing the transport facility between the states, reopening of temples and other worship spots with strict imposition of social distancing, also the possibility reopening the schools in a week’s time.
