When will bus services resume in Tamil Nadu? Procedure for those travelling to other districts!

Information is gathered about when the bus services will be resumed in the state of Tamil Nadu and the procedure for those travelling to other districts.
Lockdown conditions have been imposed throughout the country n 3 phases starting from 26th March up to 17th May.
The Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced that the 4th Phase of lockdown conditions would be in a new format
Accordingly, it is expected that arrangements will be made for the resumption of transport services. It is gathered that the air, train, and road transports will all be resumed but with certain rules and regulations.
Due to lockdown conditions, the transport on behalf of the Tamil Nadu State Transport has been cancelled over the last 50 days. In this situation, the Transport Department officials have been earnestly reviewing the resumption of transport services at least to the district level soon!
An official shared in this regard hat some districts have been announced as ‘corona-free’. The officials have been reviewing whether to start the services shortly with lesser number of buses to these states. It is expected that an announcement would be made in this regard in 2 days!
In a similar, way, arrangements are being made to resume transport to the districts where the impact/intensity of coronavirus pandemic has been less. However, in the districts where the impact has been maximum such as Chennai District, transport IS NOT LIKELY TO BE RESUMED! IT WILL BE DELAYED!
With the prevailing lockdown conditions, it has been impossible for certain sections of the public who have not been able to visit their native states/districts or official visits over the last 50 days! Presently, relaxations are being announced in each industry sector. In this aspect, for the residents of Tamil Nadu who are interested in undertaking business-oriented visits to the neighbouring states such as Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra, and other states can contact 044-24794709, they can receive some information regarding the date/time of departure of the bus to the relevant state.
It is further announced that priority for travel will be given to those who had already applied to the concerned district collectors for travel to other districts/states.
