In Chennai, more number of Covid-19 positive cases related to more testing

According to the officials of the TN state health department, a total of over 2.66 lakh samples have been taken and sent for testing and this was till Tuesday.
Information gathered is high number of testing of the samples have resulted in more number of Corona virus positive cases in Chennai and in TN. It must be taken into account that for the last few days TN has been testing samples of 11000 persons every day.
The state of Tamil Nadu has been testing highest number of persons in a day in India. This was mentioned by Mr. C. Vijayabhaskar, state health minister. There is some confusion now about the spreading of Corona virus inspite of the lock down, quarantining infected suspects, hospitalization of affected persons etc.
As per Dr. K. Kolandaswamy, former director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, spreading of contagious virus cannot be avoided but delaying its fast spread could be done. He spoke about hw meticulous work could delay the peak further.
Till Tuesday, a total of 8718 have been tested positive for Corona virus in TN. Point is the death rate is lower and the population has been asked to consume immunity enhancing foods and drinks like kabasura kudineer etc is known.
