Vitamin D, Egg and Milk can kill coronavirus!

Medical experts given their opinion that deficiency of vitamin D in the human body may lead to immediate infection of coronavirus!

A news report regarding this explains the role of vitamin D – which is available in sunlight, the yellow part of the egg (which normally gets rejected as not good for health!), and Cheese and other dairy products..

Even as the medical experts all over the world are striving to find the right preventive medicine for the raging coronavirus pandemic, on the other side,. The growing intensity/impact of the coronavirus over the last few weeks all over the world has been quite alarming!

In this scenario, in a research/survey conducted by the Dr. Mohan Special Diabetic Centre with 1500 persons has been published in “British Journal of Nutrition”.

In this research article, it is mentioned that the richest source of vitamin D, is abundantly available in Chennai Metro City India – still, 55% people have been detected with deficiency of vitamin D in this city!

The deficiency in vitamin has been one of the main reasons for the high impact/intensity of the coronavirus in Tamil Nadu, especially Chennai Metro City, over the last few weeks!

Further, the report establishes that more lives have been lost of the patients who were already having diabetics and/or kidney problems. So, they can recover only if they resrt to isolating themselves against infection.

The article emphasises the points that the coronavirus patients MUST KEEP THEIR BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL UNDER CONTROL! Further, they MUST enrich their diet with items rich in vitamin D!

It is also pointed that there is a habit of women covering themselves fully while going out in order that sun rays do not affect the skin. Moreover, they are mostly confined in their residences.  These facts make them deficient in vitamin D!

Omandhurar Government Hospital Nutrition Expaert, Meenakshi Bajaj, observes that standing under the sunlight exposing te shoulders and skin exposed to sunlight just for 15 minutes every day between 11.00 AM to 2.00 PM wil ensure that there is an 18% higher vitamin D content in the body !

The yellow part of the egg, which generally gets rejected as taking it would mean immediate weight gain and the dairy products such as cheeses, and Kizhanga fish must be included the diet as they are proven rich in vitamin D.

Another finding has been that most of the persons with higher weights get easily infected with coronavirus. So, the medical experts suggest that the the people with higher weights might be cautious in thir diet!
