Supreme Court order to Central Government: Coronavirus tests must be free!

The Supreme Court has ordered the Central Government that all tests on coronavirus detection must be conducted free.
It has further ordered that immediate orders must be given by the central/state governments to the public and private sector hospitals to undertake the coronavirus est detection free of cost!
The raging coronavirus, which originated in the Wuhan City in Chins, has spread fast, far and wide throughout the world and affected millions of citizens with huge loss of lives.
Even as it is raging all over, on the other side, different countries including the USA have been making full-fledged efforts to invent the medicine for the cure of coronavirus.
For the record, the total loss of lives throughout the world has crossed 89,000!
The sad part of the news is that a cure medicine has not been made so far for this coronavirus.
The Central Department of Health has informed that the total number of persons affected in India has now gone up to 6,217. Further, it is announced that 411 patients have recovered.
Testing facilities for detecting coronavirus are being set up in all the government hospitals and some private sector hospitals.
While the testing is free in government hospitals, it was charged Rs. 4500 in private hospitals as decided by the government. Still, questions were raised as to how poor people can afford to spend Rs. 4500 for this test.
A petition had been subsequently put up in the Supreme Court against this and this was taken up for enquiry today (Wednesday, 9th April).
The Supreme Court gave the verdict that the test for detecting the coronavirus must be conducted free in both the public and private hospitals.
The Supreme Court has insisted on the central government for the immediate release of the order regarding this free test.
Further, it has observed that the private hospitals must avoid charging for the test at exorbitant rates while commenting that the government has been doing outstandingly well so far!
It has further observed that the doctors and medical professionals are the armies in the fight against the raging coronavirus war.
It has also advised the central government to seek a public opinion regarding the lockdown.
