This digital ventilator designed by Chennai team for Corona patients is sensational

Ventilators have become the need of the hour as many people keep getting affected by Corona virus every day. In this scenario, a team of 6 men belonging to Chennai have come together and developed a prototype of remote controlled digital ventilator in just 4 days.
The experts have pointed out that this latest digital ventilator is superb and it would be beneficial to many.
Just couple of days before lock down came into existence from 25th March, the idea to develop digital ventilator came up. This was according to Mr. L.N. Rajaram of Kritilab Technologies Private Ltd.
In the initial stages, this digital ventilator (could be controlled by smart phone application) was made in the home itself but later for assembling purpose it was taken to the office. Material that has been available at the company’s factory was used to make this battery powered digital ventilator.
Mr .Rajaram later threw light on how as many people got affected with the Corona virus the hospitals required more ventilators. He added that there are ventilators at ICUs in the hospitals and they cost high. The digital ventilator that was developed by his team members has got all the basic facilities needed for a Corona virus affected patient.
As a joint director in a defence project cell, Mr. Rajaram was responsible for the design and deploying systems aboard INS Vikrant. Mr. Rajaram was inspired by the device he developed 5 years back for oil sector to prevent oil pilferage and this made him to get associated with the digital ventilator now.
