TANGEDCO: Consumers can pay due bills until 14th April!

TANGEDCO has announced that the electricity energy consumption bill and other outstanding payments can be made until 14th April. A notification released by TANGEDCO in this regard mentions:
‘Due to the lockdown presently imposed by the central and state governments as a preventive measure against the raging coronavirus, giving due consideration of the hardships encountered by LT (Low Tension) consumers during this period, TANGEDCO announces that if the due date for payment is between 25th March and 14th April, a time extension for payment of this outstanding amount has been given until 14th April – without and charges for delay, disconnection, or reconnection payments!’
