Coronavirus Panic: Southern Railway - Blankets to be given only on request!

Southern Railway has announced that the blankets will be supplied to the passengers only on request as a result of the coronavirus panic.
Due to the spread of coronavirus, all passengers arriving from foreign countries are subjected to stringent tests. The Railway staff is deployed is spraying disinfectants on the coaches.
In this scenario, Southern Railway has announced that blankets will be given to the passengers in air-conditioned coaches only on request.
The notification released by Southern Railway mentions:
The system of giving blankets to the passengers in air-conditioned coaches is being stopped temporarily. This will be followed until the next order on this. Blankets will be provided only on request.
