Awareness/alert on Coronavirus: audio message as a mobile caller tune on DoT orders

The government has taken the right initiative of releasing orders for all telecom organisations to make a 30-second audio clip.
This is a message on Coronavirus as a caller tune to create awareness among the masses!
This order has been immediately fully complied with by state-owned BSNL and Reliance Jio. Others are yet to follow.
Based on a request from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) ordered that superseding the phone ringing tone that one hears on dialling a number with the 30-second information clip.
The only exception would be when a user has subscribed for a particular caller-tune.
So far, BSNL and Reliance Jio has complied fully.
It is gathered that other companies have cited some technical issues to implement.
