The public can avail benefits in the Post Office Insurance coverage

In order to create and spread public awareness, a special post office insurance coverage plan camp was launched at the Chennai Collector Office.
The Post Office Life Insurance coverage scheme functions directly under the central government postal department.
Earlier, the Post Office Insurance Scheme offered its services only to the State and Central governments Public Sector undertakings employees. Now, it has introduced the scheme to the educated youth as well!
The special camps, organized on behalf of the Postal Department, are conducted at various places.
The 3-days special camp at the office of the Chennai Collector with direct agents was inaugurated yesterday (Thursday, 10th October).
The Tamil Nadu Chennai District administration has appealed to the government employees and youth to participate in this camp and avail the benefits.
