Opportunities for the scholarship at the middle school education level

The students have been advised to apply for the scholarship assistance for the school education before 30th September.
In order to ensure that all the minority community students do not drop out of school, a scheme of scholarship for the middle school education level is in vogue on behalf of the central government.
1.12 Lakhs students have been selected from Tamil Nadu this year to avail the above scholarship. Out of this, the Muslim students are 54259, Christian students are 56682. Sikhs are 187. Buddhists are 144. Jains are 1145. Parsi students are 2. Thus, the scholarship is awarded to a total of 1.12 Lakhs students.
The students who are qualified to avail this scholarship are advised to apply online directly to the official website of the central government - http://www.scholarships.gov.in.
The officials have sent circulars to all schools that applications online must be submitted before 30th September.
