These are the few health mistakes women make in their busy lives

These days many women go to work just like men to make both ends meet. Busy working schedules plus taking care of their families have been the major priorities of a woman and due to this they do not have enough time to take care of their own health. In this fast paced world many women make health mistakes and these mistakes could result in many health issues.

These are the few health mistakes a woman makes and they are

Often wear high heeled shoes:

Women wear high heeled shoes these days without knowing that it could result in health issues like back pain, arthritis, tendon injuries, hammer toes etc. By wearing high heels often excess pressure is put on the joints.

Sleeping with make up:

This is one important mistake women do these days. Oil and dirt accumulate in the pores leading to clogging and this happens by leaving make up on while sleeping. Irritations to eyes are got when sleeping is done with eye mascara, eye shadows, etc.

No proper sleep:

It is important to have sound sleep for 7 to 9 hours every day. It must be noted that too many late nights and early morning could lead to being lethargic, de-motivated etc. High BP, heart diseases results due to this.

Emotional eating:

Sometimes women for their comfort and stress relief turn to food.  This emotional eating might be good temporarily for controlling emotions but later it could lead to obesity etc.

Not exercising:

In the busy work schedule, women do not have the time to do exercises that are very essential for the healthy life. By doing simple exercises like walking or cycling etc women could avoid heart diseases, strokes, back pain etc.

Ignoring stress:

Those women who do multitasking get headaches, lethargy, stress etc in them. Stress when ignored could lead to other issues like depression, anxiety etc.
