Sulekha recognizes small businesses with Service Partner awards

Sulekha, India’s largest and fastest growing digital platform for local services, has recognized 24 of its local service providers in Chennai with awards for quality service. Sulekha has more than 50,000+ live service providers across hundreds of local service categories, including more than 7,000 live service providers in Chennai.
With 210 million users and 18 million user needs per annum Sulekha is now the largest digital Local Services firm in India. Sulekha generates nearly Rs 2,000 crores of business in a year for its 60,000+ paid local service partners.
In a first-of-its-kind effort, Sulekha has recognized 24 local businesses for quality service across key local service categories including packers & movers, building construction, appliance repair-and-service, computer repair-and-service, domestic help, waterproofing contractors, coaching & tuition and overseas education.
Sulekha selected these service providers based on 3 criteria:
- High ratings & reviews received from its base of users
- High responsiveness (speed of responding to users with quotes, service etc.)
- Longevity of being in business
The SP awardees received their trophies & awards from Mr Satya Prabhakar, CEO of Sulekha and Mr Karthik Jagannathan, Business Head of Local Services.
Muthuraja of Elite Packers and Movers who was awarded as one among the most responsive Packers and Movers said, “Sulekha generates more than 80% of the hundreds of clients we serve per annum. Sulekha has played a critical role in growing my business and today it is very gratifying to be chosen as one of their leading service partners. I am delighted to get this award.”
