Thanks to TN government for listening to our grievances

In almost all the departments, the Tamil Nadu government has made online facilities in the recent years. Of all these, the most useful facility is the online bill payment for all kinds of taxes collected. That is absolutely appreciative and welcoming setup. On the contrary, is there any facility with which people in Tamil Nadu can actually post complaints? Yes, there are such facilities available. However, the question here is whether the government reads each and every complaint posted and address them. Is there any measure taken to resolve the issues raised from different corners?
Nevertheless, this initiative to at least lend an ear for our grievances is still appreciative and thanks to our government for the same.
