Vodafone to launch free feature phone

When there is something with a free label, it will obviously be appealing. Don’t you agree? In a very short period of time, Reliance Jio could grab over 100 million subscribers. And the latest JioPhone has grabbed more than 3 million bookings right on the first day. There is a similar offer from Vodafone now.
Following the low cost 4G data and voice calls from Jio, Vodafone and a few other telecoms have started giving out similar plans. The second largest telecom operator in India is Vodafone. It is now partnering with China’s itel Mobile to step into the race and give out free feature phones to the customers.
The new entrant into the mobile device market, JioPhone has pushed the other telecoms and OEMs to take counter measures and surpass the growing dominance of Jio. In partnership with itel Mobile, Vodafone will be the very first to launch such feature phone after Jio in spite of the fact that Airtel is rumort to launch the cheapest 4G VOLTE phone including special offers.
