Re. 1 clinics to be set up in Railway Stations

Giving a special consideration to the train passengers, the Central Ministry of Railway has come up with a plan to set up ‘Re. 1 Clinics’ in the railway stations to provide medical assistance at a low cost.
In the 1st Phase of this plan, ‘Re. 1. Clinics’ will be set up in 10 railway stations functioning under the Eastern Railways administration before the end of this month.
These clinics have been named as ‘Re. 1 Clinics’.
The Doctor;s fee will be Re. 1 only. The blood test will be done free. Rs. 25 will be charged for the sugar level check. ECG can be taken at Rs. 50.
Following the 1st Phase, Re. 1 clinics will be set up in 24 railway stations functioning under the western railway administration in the 2nd Phase.
