Yoga Day by RCME

As a part of International Yoga Day on June 21, a Yoga Fest will be conducted at YMCA, Nandanam by the Rotary Club of Madras East in association with Sri Sri Art of Living Yoga and Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram.
The event will see people from all age group participate. It will be a forty minutes session from 7.00 a.m. to 7.40 a.m. and a sequence of asanas will be taught using appropriate AV equipment’s under proper direction of expert yoga teachers.
