Facility to invest in mutual funds through e-wallet

SEBI has been exploring the possibilities of introducing the facility to invest in mutual funds through e-wallet from the mobile phones. It is understood that a decision will be taken in this week.
It is expected that the above facility will attract the younger generation to invest in mutual funds through e-wallet.
Though the facility is available to invest in mutual funds through the internet is available, it is gathered that there are some problems in the financial transactions. E-wallet facilitates electronic payment for movie tickets, train tickets, and other services.
SEBI considers that introducing e-wallet facility for mutual funds will have a huge response. So, it is earnestly considering the introduction of this facility.
