Tamil Nadu Arasu cable TV progresses getting completely digital

The state government of Tamil Nadu has informed that the Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation Limited is all set to go completely digital.
Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation Limited is proving the service of offering cable TV connection facility for the public on behalf of the state government.
However, the cable TV service has so far been in analogue mode. The state government had already put up a request to the Central Ministry of Information and Broadcasting to convert the present analogue mode to digital mode. This proposal has been kept in abeyance by the ministry for a long while.
Only recently, the Central Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has given the approval for conversion to digital mode.
So, Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation Limited is all set to go into the digital mode shortly.
