Reliance Jio likely to extend Prime membership deadline

Reliance Jio had announced that the last date for availing Jio Prime Membership will be 31st March, according to its statement released last month. However, recent reports claim that this might not be the case. As per reports, the offer will get extended till 30th April.
Reliance Jio however has not made any confirmation in this regard. The reports also claim the same. So far, only 22 to 27 million users have opted for the Prime membership which is half of the total target by Reliance.
While Jio has more than 100 million subscribers and there is just one week left for the Prime Membership option. Thus, if the membership is not extended, Jio will be losing many of its existing customers.
At the same time, there are similar offers from Airtel, Vodafone, Idea and BSNL as well all of which have the same deadline too. When there is a deadline extension by Reliance Jio, the other operators may extend their offers as well. While there is very less number of days left, Reliance is believed to take a call very soon.
According to the Prime membership offers, users can have Jio services priced of the range Rs 19 to Rs 9,999. With the Rs 303 offers, subscribers can keep using their Happy New Year data plan throughout.
