Job Opportunities in Natural Gas Commission

Oil and Natural Gas Commission (ONGC) is on the public sector undertakings by the central government. It has been awarded the rank of Maharathna.
ONGC has announced the vacancies for posts including Assistant Technician, Security Supervisor, Junior Assistant, technician, and others. Totally, there are 157 vacancies.
Age Limit: All jobs are for candidates below 30 years of age. The specific age limits for different posts can be seen from the website.
Age will be calculated on the base date of 14th August, 2015.
Age limit concession is provided for OBC, SC, and ST candidates as per government rules and regulations.
Academic qualifications
For category A2, diploma holders in mechanical, electrical, electronics, chemical, petroleum engineering can apply.
For category A1, candidates should have passed 10th Standard and should have a certificate in the specific trade as per requirement.
Selection Process
Written test, physiological & physical fitness tests, job skill, typing skill, driving skill and interview will be conducted and meritorious candidates will be selected.
Application Fees: Rs. 150/- (exempted for SC/ST/ex-military personnel).

Internet application process will be active till 14th August, 2015.
After filling up the applications, candidates are advised to take computer copies for future use.
