State Bank of India is the leading nationalised bank in the country.

Currently, SBI has announced the recruitment for probationary officers for the year 2015-16.
Totally, 2000 will be selected.
Apart from Bank Public examination, candidates will have to write special written examination, and then direct interview will be conducted after which the candidates will be selected.

Requirements:
Age limit: should have completed 21 years of age as on 1st April, 2015 and under 30 years of age. (Should have born between (2-4-1985 & 1-4-1994). Those who were born on these 2 dates are also eligible to apply.
Age limits will be relaxed as per government quota.
Academic Qualifications: Graduation in any subject from a recognized University or educational institute. The students of the final year in degree course set to write the final examinations can also apply. They will need to produce the completion of degree certificate while being called for interview or before 1st September, 2015.
Selection Process
Performance in the primary selection, Main examination, and group discussions, will be the basis for selection.
Fees
SC/ST/ differently-abled – Rs. 100/-. Others – Rs. 600/-. Payment should be made through internet.
