Online and offline applications are welcome from the eligible candidates to fill 17,000 vacant positions with Railway Protection Force (RPF)
- Recruited by: Railway Protection Force (RPF)
- No of vacancies: 17,000
- Post: Constable
- Men: 13,000
- Women: 4000
- Education qualification: 10th, ITI, degree or equivalent academics
- Salary: Rs 5200 to 20,200 plus pay grade Rs 2000
- Mode of examination: Written test, physical fitness checkup and department wise test
- Age limit: 18 to 25 years of age as of 1st January 2015. However, age limit relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to reserved groups.
- Examination fees: Rs 40 for General and OBC category. There is no need of any exam fees to be paid for candidates of ST, SC. and PWD and women applicants
