Tamil Nadu SSLC 2026 Results: Pudukkottai Emerges State Topper with 97.57% Pass Percentage
The Tamil Nadu School Education Department has officially announced the Class 10 SSLC Public Examination Results 2026, recording an impressive overall pass percentage of 94.31% across the state.
The SSLC examinations were conducted from March 11 to April 6, 2026, with a total of 8,70,643 students appearing for the exams. This included 4,35,247 girl students and 4,35,396 boy students.
According to the official results, 8,21,105 students successfully passed the examination. Among them, 4,19,891 girls cleared the exams, while 4,01,214 boys passed. Girl students outperformed boys by 4.32% in the overall results.

Government School Performance
Among government schools, Sivaganga district secured the highest pass percentage with 97.42%. Pudukkottai and Thanjavur followed closely behind.
