2,172 doctors selected for Government hospitals

Health Minister C.Vijaya Baskar mentioned that the verification of certificates of 2,172 doctors selected in the examination conducted by the Medical Recruitment Board for appointment in government hospitals in the state is going on.
He, who had inspected the Government Headquarters Hospital here, said that 1,100 doctors who have completed M.D. and M.S. have evinced interest in working as specialists.
Certificate verification is going on for these doctors also and they will be selected through �walk in interviews.� Once these doctors are appointed, all Government hospitals will have specialist doctors
