Current updates and situation of Traffic movements in Chennai City in view of North East Monsoon Rainfall

1. Water loggedarea:
i.) Rangarajapuram two wheeler subway - Traffic closed due to water logging.
ii.) K.K.Nagar Rajamanar Road - Traffic closed due to water logging.
iii.) Valasaravakkam, Mega mart road - Traffic closed due to water logging.
iv.) Vani Mahal to Benz Park - Traffic closed due to water logging.
2. Traffic Diversions:
i.) To facilitate the drain water work at Anna main Road in front of K.K. Nagar GH, the traffic intending towards Udhayam theatre are allowed in the opposite direction. Similarly at Udhayam junction the heavy vehicles from Kasi point and intending towards Anna main Road is diverted towards Ashok pillar.
ii.) At KK Nagar Rajammumr Salai traffic is diverted towards 2N avenue.
iii.) Valasaravakkam, Mega mart road traffic is diverted towards Kcshavardhani road to reach Arcot road.
iv.) Vani Mahal to Benz Park traffic is diverted towards Habibullah road and Raghavaiah road.
