Power Shutdown areas in Chennai - Saturday (11.05.2024)
Residents of Koyamdedu Market, Koyambedu, Nerkundram, and Chinmaya Nagar in Chennai are advised of a temporary power supply suspension on Saturday, scheduled from 11 am to 12 pm. This suspension is necessary to facilitate the replacement of a 33KV spout in the 33KV primary bus of the 33/11KV Koyambedu Market Sub Station.
Efforts are underway to ensure swift completion of the replacement works, with the aim of resuming power supply before 12 pm. However, if any delays occur, restoration will follow promptly upon the conclusion of the maintenance tasks.
The affected areas include Srinivasa Nagar, Bakthavatchalam Nagar, Semathamman Nagar, P.H. Road, Mettukulam, New Colony, Thiruveethi Amman Koil Street, Koyambedu, Koyambedu Market, Chinmaya Nagar, Alwar Thiru Nagar (Part), Nerkundram Area, Moogambigai Nagar, Alagammal Nagar, Krishna Nagar, Bhuvaneshwari Nagar, and all other surrounding areas.
