It is believed that persons who consume vegetarian foods are deprived of all the nutrients and only those who consume non-vegetarian foods get all the nutrients. The fact is even by following s strict vegetarian diet a person could get all the essential nutrients that are needed for his/her health. It is well known that foods rich in iron, proteins, calcium, vitamin B12 and omega 3 fatty acids are must for any person to have healthy life. These are not only available in non-vegetarian foods but also in vegetarian foods also.

By eating vegetarian foods, a vegetarian could gain maximum nutrients.
