Chennai Water Supply to Be Suspended for 24 Hours in Anna Nagar, Ambattur and Kolathur from June 13

The Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewage Board (CMWSSB) has announced a 24-hour drinking water supply shutdown from 10 AM on June 13 to 10 AM on June 14 due to pipeline interconnection works near Padi Flyover.

The disruption will affect parts of Kolathur, Jawahar Nagar, Sembium, Ayanavaram, Perambur, Korattur, Villivakkam, and Anna Nagar West in the Thiru Vi Ka Nagar, Ambattur, and Anna Nagar zones.

Residents are advised to store adequate drinking water in advance. Metro Water said emergency supply will be provided through mobile tankers and the Dial for Water service. For details, visit CMWSSB.
