Navin’s rolls out new ad campaign ‘This is it’

Navin’s, one of Chennai`s most trusted real estate developers, has unveiled its latest advertising campaign, “This is it”. The campaign promotes their latest offering - Navin’s Starwood Towers 3.0 at Medavakkam, winner of multiple prestigious awards. The 360-degree campaign will be activated across television channels, cinema halls, and social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

Navin`s Starwood Towers 3.0, located in Medavakkam, is a big flagship community spread across 9.85 acres, featuring two towers – Maple and Cedar. Navin`s Starwood Towers – Maple offers a mix of 2BHK ready-to-move-in homes ranging from 877 to 1,285 sq. ft., starting from ₹79 lakh. Navin`s Cedar at Starwood Towers 3.0 features premium 3BHLK homes ranging from 1,908 to 2,140 sq. ft., priced at ₹7,999 per sq. ft., with possession scheduled by the end of 2026.
