The seat-sharing agreement between the parties of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Tamil Nadu has been finalized ahead of the April 23, 2026 state assembly elections.

The agreement was signed at the AIADMK headquarters in Chennai in the presence of BJP central minister Piyush Goyal. Key signatories included AIADMK general secretary Edappadi Palaniswami, BJP state president Nainar Nagendran, AMMK general secretary T.T.V. Dhinakaran, and PMK president Anbumani Ramadoss.

Under the deal:

- BJP gets 27 constituencies
- PMK gets 18 constituencies
- AMMK gets 11 constituencies

For context, in the 2021 assembly elections, AIADMK-led NDA had allocated 23 seats to PMK and 20 to BJP.

Seat-sharing agreements with other NDA allies, including the Tamil Nadu Congress, are expected to be finalized soon. Details on which symbols smaller NDA parties will contest under will also be announced shortly.
