Rains may occur in one or two places in Tamil Nadu due to convection. Chennai Meteorological Centre has mentioned: In a couple of days, the south west monsoon rains will begin in Kerala. Because of this, there will be rains in Karnataka. Due to this, the cool breezes will blow towards Tamil Nadu.
The intensity of heat will diminish slowly in Tamil Nadu. In the next 24 hours, there will be rains in one or two places of Tamil Nadu due to convection. As far as Chennai is concerned the sky condition is likely to be partly cloudy. Rain or thunder shower like to occur in some areas during evening or night. Maximum and Minimum temperature is likely to be around 36 and 28 deg Celsius respectively.
