Sports physician to conduct Workshop on functional training exercises

A workshop on functional training exercises on September 19 and 20 will be conducted by Sports physician Kannan Pugazhendi. During the workshop, different types of functional training exercises will be demonstrated.
Pugazhendi, director of SPARRC Institute while speaking said, `They are designed to train the muscles to work together in accordance with each other, thereby making our daily physical demands seem effortless and easy.`
