2. Choose language: Reply T for Tamil, E for English

3. Select department: Pick from 20 departments

4. Get service: Apply/download certificates instantly

66 services from 20 departments include:

- Revenue Dept: Birth, Death, Community, Nativity, Income, Legal heir certificates

- Other certs: Residence, No graduate, First graduate, Unmarried, Widow certificates

- Utilities: Patta/Chitta, Aadhaar linking, Ration card, Old age pension, Farmer certificate

- Payments: EB bill, Property tax, Water tax, Professional tax, Trade license

- Status check: Track your existing applications
