Central Government recommends Yoga/Ayurvedha guidelines for those with coronavirus symptoms!

Doctors who practice Ayurvedha recommend medicines for the patients without any symptoms for the coronavirus pandemic.

The Central |Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Ayush have released the new medication administration guidelines for the prevention of the coronavirus pandemic for the public who have mild symptoms of coronavirus!

The central government has released the detailed guidelines under the basis that building better immunity (body resistance) against the diseases, especially the coronavirus, is the most important requirement.

The experts from 3 institutions - company Ayurvedha AII India, the research Institute offering a postgraduate course on Ayurvedha, and the Centra Ayurvedha Research Council – in a joint effort, have a created a new code/guideline. This exclusive integrated guideline is meant for the treatment of the raging coronavirus pandemic!

The points mentioned in the above-integrated guideline

  • Adhere strictly to the social distancing norm and regular hand-washing.
  • Wear face masks without fail!
  • Add a pinch of turmeric and a pinch of salt in a glass of lukewarm water, mix well, and drink!
  •  It is best to use the herbs tribal or yashtimadhu for gargling.
  • Use medical oil or ghee made from cow’s milk, or coconut oil.
  • Inhale the steam emanating from using Ajwain (caraway seeds) oil or eucalyptus oil.
  • Ensure 6 hours of good deep sleep
  • Practise Yoga.
  •  Use small quantities of herbs such as ginger, coriander, basil, and cumin seeds - add them in a glass of lukewarm water and drink.

Prevention

  • The central government has emphasised that the herb ashwagandha can be used for preventing infection of coronavirus.
Preventing infection

  •  Thos without symptoms of coronavirus can use the herbs Kuduchi Kanavathi, Samshamanivathi, or Kiai vathi, Dynospora cardiboilia IB, or powdered Dynospora mixing with eater and to ne taken.
  • The central government established that kuduchi and pipali usage have given excellent recovery.
  • Those with mild symptoms of coronavirus can use Ayush-64.
  • The guidelines also prefer that the above medicines may be taken only after a recommendation from a registered Ayurveda practitioner.

The Central Minister for health, Dr Harshvardhan, had already announced in the parliament about the `Ayush - R & D Service Squad`. The guidelines from the squad are formed after research on the various preventive practices, data from the patients infected with the coronavirus, and the guidelines for additional research guidelines.

Central Minister Harshvardhan shared that the joint research by Ayush-CSIR started with the Ayush medicines for prevention and cure for the coronavirus and the research under the Central Health Ministry undertaken from the data for the targeted patients located in the containment zones. Also, research was undertaken from the detaiails from Ayush Research Councils and other National Organisations on a large population level.
