Except for the containment zones in the red zones, the operation of buses and trains and Metro services may be permitted but with a lesser number of passengers. Auto and taxi services may also be permitted but with conditions. This can be decided by the respective state government.

Non-essential shops may be allowed to open in the orange and red zones. Permission may be granted for online sales of nonessential items.

The state government of Kerala has recommended the reopening of the hotels and restaurants in order to encourage the Tourism Industry.

The Central Home Ministry will form the detailed guidelines based on the suggestions/feedback/recommendations given by the state governments.”.”
