Some fitness tips for restricting cholestrol

The current lifestyle and work style do not permit much bodily movement or even movement of some body parts. Even the children and the teenagers prefer to watch TV or play/work on the computer rather than go out and play. It is essential for good health to restrict cholesterol build-up in our bodies. Here are a few tips:

Healthy food habit - Attempt to reduce weight. This is one of the best natural methods to reduce cholesterol. Maintain good food habits. Avoid tea or coffee or fast food. Take natural food rich in anti-oxidants. Take fruits, beans and other green vegetables. Change in cholesterol evel can be noticed in a few days.

Exercise - This is another simple way to reduce cholesterol. Walkind daily for 30 minutes will be sufficient. This will help reduce cholesterol. Climb the stairs in you office or other places avoiding lifts. Keep regularly moving and exercising different parts of the body.
 
Omega-3 food - Take food items containing omega-3 fatty acid. If you like fish, you can take salmon, tuna, etc. These contain omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acid is available in almond, milk, and walnut.
 
Fatty foods - Cookies and other fried items contain trans-fat. This will increase cholesterol level. Avoid them. Have a look at the ingredients on the lable of any food item that you purchase. If it contains trans-fat, do not buy!

Onion - Onion, spring onion, and garlic are good for the heart health. Include them in your food and salad. As a natural method of reducing cholesterol, try to take extra quantities of garlic.

Olive oil - Use healthy olive oil or sunola instead of butter, ghee or any vegetableoil. This will fortify the heart health. 

Smoking - Give up smoking! It is harmful for heart and lungs while increasing the bad cholesterol level!
