The time of the year when our immunity levels go down is the winter season. When compared to summers, winters could be gentle and cool but they are often associated with many infections and diseases like cold, flu, cough etc. Therefore, we must consume a well balanced diet in the winter season. It must be noted that we need not worry about the health issues which we could get in the winters as there are few foods that can be consumed to improve our immunity levels.

Foods we must eat compulsory in the winters to be free from several diseases and health issues etc are

Intake of ginger:
It is necessary that we must get anti-inflammatory properties to improve the immunity levels and avoid diseases etc. In this aspect, it would be superb to eat ginger and this would help us to get rid of unwanted bacteria and viruses etc.

Intake of almonds:
