Try these home made drinks to increase your appetite!!

We get digestive based problems when metabolism and appetite are not taken care of.

It is well known to us that good health of a person depends on his or her eating habits plus lifestyle and sleeping patterns etc. It would not be easy and possible to achieve all three at a given time.

It is true that by consuming a healthy drink toxins in us would be removed plus metabolism would become better. This would then improve our appetite, solve gut issues and then would help us to achieve weight loss. Easy to digest, drinks that would increase our appetite could be prepared at homes also.

These drinks are

Fennel tea:

By drinking fennel tea, our metabolism would become better and we would be able to lose weight also. There are nutrients like enzymes present in fennel tea are known fact. Fennel tea can be made by boiling 2 cups of water and then pouring it into one cup. In the next step, one teaspoon of fennel tea is added. To this, lemon and honey could also be added.

Loaded with plenty of nutrients, pineapple smoothie is a sweet tangy and aromatic fruit. Truth is that the inflammation is us would get reduced by consuming this smoothie having bromelain, enzymes and other nutrients etc. Issues like heartburns and colitis would get reduced. The presence of vitamin C and antioxidants would boost metabolism, improve immunity etc.

Coffee and dark chocolate:

Digestive system in us would get better when we consume dark chocolate and coffee. The chlorogenic acid present in coffee would improve the metabolism to a great extent.

Lemon detox water:

The presence of citric acid and antioxidants in lemon detox water would remove toxins and would improve metabolism in us.  Our appetite would improve by the addition of cinnamon and honey to the lemon detox water. Our gut health would become better.

Ajwain detox water:

Since ancient times, ajwain has been used as medicine. Intake of ajwain could improve appetite, digestion and would help in weight loss etc.

Ginger and lemon drink:

Our issues in the GI tract could be overcome by the mixture of ginger and lemon. Issues like bloating, cramps etc could be kept at bay by drinking this combinatioion.
