You can eat these snacks/foods before sleeping without the fear of issues like weight gain, acid reflux etc

Many these days have the habit of eating some snacks late in the nights after having the dinner.

It must be noted that the body craves for certain foods that might not be healthy at all. Truth is that majority of us eat unhealthy snacks or foods before sleep and this would cause harm to us. It is believed that eating sensibly by making healthy food choices would be good for us. Many put on weight or suffer from acid reflux etc by having late night unhealthy snacks before going to bed. Rather than eating more unhealthy foods with calories, it is important that we must eat nutritious snacks or foods. By this, the food cravings of us would come down plus the health also would not get affected.

These below mentioned foods would be superb to eat before going to sleep.

Bananas intake:
It is true that bananas are good not only for the guts but also for the mind. Melatonin plays a huge role in sleeping and by eating bananas melatonin gets increased and by this we would be able to sleep well. They are very easy to store and are available everywhere. It can be eaten as it is or as banana smoothie etc.

Eggs intake:
This is also one amazing late night healthy food that we could eat without fearing about various issues. Hard boiled eggs could be kept in the fridge and we could eat them at the night before sleep. Truth is that egg white has 6 grams of hunger satisfying protein and vitamin B12 and lower amount of fat that egg yolk. Fact is that egg has got all 9 essential amino acids that are needed by us.

Nuts intake:
Eating nuts at late nights would be a superb option to satisfy the hunger pangs. Nuts like almonds, pistachios, walnuts are full of vitamins, proteins and other nutrients etc. We could keep heart diseases at bay by having nuts every day. Pistachios could make us sleep well due to its high melatonin content.

Kiwi’s intake:
Rich in vitamin C, healthy and low in calories, kiwis are superb to eat in the night time before sleep. By eating kiwis having serotonin content we could feel relaxed.

Makhana or phool makhana intake:
Other names of phool makhana are makana, fox nuts, lotus seeds etc. This phool makhana could be a superb snack or food to be had even during the late night.
