Why is eating chicken daily or excess consumption is highly dangerous for the health?

One of the versatile types of meat, chicken is consumed by many across the world. When compared to other red meats, chicken has proteins and has low fat content.  There are different types of chicken recipes available and these are very tasty is a well known fact.

Chicken (a type of lean meat) intake is considered as a healthy food and there are many who consume this chicken frequently. Truth is that eating chicken too frequently is not advisable as it would lead to few health issues in us. 

These reasons reveal us why chicken must not be eaten frequently

Too much protein consumption:
It is true that by eating excess chicken we would be consuming too much protein and this would be bad. Point is that our body would store this excess protein as fat. The body weight would become more and the blood lipid levels would increase.

More risk of getting heart disease:
Our cholesterol levels would become high when we eat chicken in excess amounts. This would lead to cardiovascular diseases. Therefore we must avoid eating too much chicken.

Trouble in maintaining weight:
It is true that consuming too much protein based foods like chicken etc would make it difficult to maintain a healthy weight. The studies have brought out that those who do not eat chicken like vegetarians, pescatarians, vegans etc would have lower BMI than those who eat chicken often.

More chances of food poisoning:
It is always an issue to handle chicken because if the chicken is not cooked all the way through or if vegetables come in contact with raw chicken then there are chances of exposing the meal to salmonella or campylobacter. We could get severe illness due to these bacteria. Those who are vulnerable like elders or kids or pregnant women etc must avoid this type of food contamination.

Higher resistance to antibodies:
We would become resistant to antibodies when we consume chicken frequently. This would be due to the fact that the poultry farmers force antibiotics into their livestock.

Constipation issues:
The foods like chicken that are rich in proteins but low in fibres could lead to constipation in us. To avoid this, it is necessary to add fibres along with chicken. Intake of spinach, brown rice, carrots etc having fibres would be superb.

Cancer:
Studies have confirmed that by excess intake of chicken we could get malignant melanoma, prostate cancer etc in us. So, please be carefeful.
