Why is eating sabudana or sago very important for our health?

Healthy non-cereal carbohydrate, sabudana could provide us with instant energy and that is why it is eaten during fasting. It is always regarded as underrated food. It is also called sago and for those living in ten tropical regions sabudana is the staple food. Not many of us know that sabudana is extracted from the edible part of the tropical palm tree root.
