By these ways, we could avoid obesity and be healthy

Being obese is not good and it could lead to many health issues like increased BP, diabetes, coronary heart disease, high cholesterol etc. In addition to these issues, the effectiveness of Covid-19 vaccine might be reduced by being obese and this was as per some researchers. 

The increased production of leptin and fat in the obese persons could lead to the antibody protection in these persons difficult. Obesity could be avoided by making some changes in the lifestyle.

Various ways by which we could prevent obesity are

Avoid consuming sugary, processed, packed foods:
It has been proved by the research studies that packed or processed foods could increase the risk of obesity and it could be due to the fact that these foods are rich in salts and sugars.

By consuming more fruits and vegetables:
Our daily diet must have many types of fruits and vegetables. By this, we would have antioxidants and fibre etc. It is well known that having sufficient fibres could reduce the intake of calories and it would prevent obesity.  

By consuming foods with low glycemic index:
By eating foods like green leafy vegetables, carrots, fruits, kidney beans etc that have low glycemic index or GI it is possible to keep the blood glucose levels steady. This could help in the management of weights.

By exercising regularly:
To keep obesity at bay, we must do exercises regularly. It is believed that 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity would go a long way in preventing obesity. Weight training atleast twice a week is a must and this has been according to the WHO.

By managing stress:
Brain responses get triggered by stress and this could affect the eating patterns. There would be an increase in the cravings for the intake of high calorie based foods. Hence, managing stress is important.
