Not many of us know that intake of gluten could result in the aggravation of the stomach and digestive system. This could further lead to systematic inflammation etc. There are many studies that have shown a relationship between people with heartburns, GERD etc and gluten sensitivity.

Say no to Peppermint:

There are some people who have the habit of popping peppermint after consuming meals. This must be stopped immediately as peppermint could lead to heartburns. Mostly, peppermints are known for soothing the digestive system but when taken in high amounts peppermint could trigger acid reflux and heartburns in us.
