These nuts when consumed could increase the stamina of a person

The word stamina refers to the ability to sustain prolonged physical or mental effort. We all are kept active and strong by our stamina and this stamina is very important. It is known that different stamina would be required for doing different activities. After doing heavy work we find it difficult to get up from the bed and this is due to lack of stamina in us.
