These health benefits of consuming less sugar are tremendous

We all love to eat sugar as it is sweet to taste.  Sugar refers to glucose, sucrose or fructose and it is the common name. These sugars are carbohydrates with carbon, hydrogen and oxygen present in them. Limiting the intake of sugar is very important and it could provide many health benefits for us.

These below mentioned health benefits of consuming less sugar are superb.

Lowers the risk of heart attacks:

It has been proved that consumption or more sugars could lead to increase in the risk of heart attacks in us. It must be noted that sugars that do not get used as energy are converted into fatty acids that become triglycerides. Presence of this triglycerides increases the risk of heart attacks, strokes etc. Hence by consuming less sugar we could lower the risk of heart attacks etc.

Brain power is increased:

Intake of high sugars could lead to reduction of our cognitive abilities. Hence our memory power plus learning power gets affected. Our brain becomes sharp and boosted by consuming less sugar.
