These days we often come across the word ‘Mood’. Long lasting emotional state of a person is known as mood. This mood could create issues in our relationships. The consumption of food plays huge role in determining the mood in us. It is worthy to mention that foods could bring changes in the brain structure and this could lead to altered behaviour.

Chocolate for stress mood - It is said that by consuming chocolates the stress mood could be cured. Consuming dark chocolates could reduce the stress hormones in us. Consume spinach for sluggish mood - Impaired blood flow to the brain could result in sluggish and sleepy mood in us. Lowering the homocysteine levels could be brought about by intake of spinach that is rich in folates.
