As per the government concession, the last chance for a duration of 5 days from today (Monday, 12th November) for the redress of specification or violation of any rules and regulations of the Real Estate construction.

Soon there would be more tall villages in Chennai due to relaxation in FSI norms
It is well known that the term FSI or Floor Space Index refers to the ratio of land area to build up area. This FSI and premium FSI norms would be relaxed soon was announced by the state government.

TN government revises FSI guidelines
A Government Order has been released to implement the announcement made by the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister to increase the Floor Space Index (FSI) from the present level of 1.5 to 2.0.
