Former President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam said that there was a need for reforms in primary education by included creative class, a creative environment and a creative teacher. He was in Chennai to inaugurate the �ThinkEdu Conclave� on Thursday.
Dr. Kalam also stressed on the need for women to be part of the law making process in the country. He said, �They (women) should make law and be partner in law making. This is the most crying need today, At a time there was a breakthrough in gender barriers, women dominated boys in many colleges, including in medical colleges. Where we have problem is in Parliament.�
